Sydnee is a dual sport athlete competing in both Cross Country and Volleyball, and she is making a big impact on the girls varsity cross country team!
At the Gettysburg Invitational, Sydnee led the Battlers with an outstanding personal record time of 21:15 in the 5K, improving her previous PR by nearly TWO MINUTES! 🔥
Her hard work, determination, and commitment to being a multi sport athlete make Sydnee incredibly deserving of this honor.

The Build Dakota Road Show was at GHS yesterday, sharing information with grades 10-12 on the Build Dakota Scholarship, which provides a full ride to students attending a SD Technical College, majoring in SD high needs careers! Go to https://www.builddakotascholarships.com/ for more information.
The Battler Cross Country Team welcomes Grades Pre-K through Grade 5 to come out to cheer on the team and participate in the Munchkin Run at the end of the Meet. Awards will be given to all participants. Hope to see you there.
Reminder that the Build Dakota Scholarship Roadshow will be at the school in the new gym, 2:40-3:30pm this Wednesday, September 16th. Parents and members of the community are invited to attend. This program is for students who are considering attending Technical School and pursuing a South Dakota high needs career as well as local businesses that are interested in partnering with technical colleges to help fill positions in high need areas.
