As we prepare for a new school year, we want to help ensure every student has the supplies they need for a successful start. Having the right tools in the classroom helps students feel confident, prepared, and ready to learn from day one.

A special board meeting will be held Monday, July 27, at 8AM in the conference room to award bids for purchase of transportation.

This group of young Battlers headed to Highmore today to help with the recovery efforts. They also delivered the 2nd round of donations from the Gettysburg community. We are proud of our students for volunteering their time to help our neighbors.
A friendly reminder that the weight room and school gymnasiums will be closed to student-athletes and coaches for the summer moratorium July 1- July 7. Community members and activities not affiliated with the school or SDHSAA may still access the facilities. Thank you

🏌️♂️ Battler of the Week: Wiley Cronin 🏌️♂️
Wiley capped off a great season with an impressive performance at the State Golf Meet. He shot a 73 (+1) on day one, his best round of the year, putting him in 2nd place heading into the final day and earning a spot in the final foursome.
Wiley finished with a two day total of 156, earning 16th place medalist honors among the state’s top golfers.
Congratulations on an outstanding season and state tournament finish, Wiley! ⛳👏🔴⚫

Good morning, Battlers! We have a large amount of athletic clothing that has been left in the old gym locker rooms. Please stop up at the school between 9-12 and 1-4 and get your items before Monday, June 8th. At noon on Monday all items will be gathered and donated so facilities can be prepped for next year. Congratulations to this week’s Battler of the Week, Emma Schlachter! 👏🏃♀️
Emma finished her senior track season in incredible fashion at the State Track Meet, earning an 8th-place finish in the 800m while setting a new school record! 💥 She also anchored the 4x800 relay team to a 3rd-place finish and another school record! 🥉⚡
While her accomplishments in the record books are impressive, Emma’s impact goes far beyond times and medals. She has been a tremendous role model for her teammates through her dedication, leadership, work ethic, and commitment to the program. 💙💛
Gettysburg Track will certainly miss Emma next season, but we’re excited to watch her continue her running career at Mount Marty University. We wish her nothing but success in this next chapter!
