Finlee recorded five aces with zero serving errors and added 20 digs. Her growth in transitioning, covering hitters, and leading the offense as a setter has been impressive. She competes for every ball and works hard to put her teammates in a position to succeed.

Updated Battler Jamboree Schedule
Mrs. Hansen's 3rd grade class had their first visit at the manor with the residents, a very exciting and much anticipated tradition! To get to know their residents a little better students interviewed their partner and then completed a fall crossword puzzle with them. Lots of smiles and stories were shared! We have several relatives currently in the manor, so this first visit was extra special!
Due to injuries, the visiting teams for tomorrow's JV football jamboree have cancelled. There will be NO JV jamboree tomorrow, Saturday. September 12, in Gettysburg. We will get a MS Jamboree schedule out soon. Thanks!

FINANCIAL NIGHT REMINDER - Wed. Sept 9, 6 pm in Mrs. Goebel's classroom (right beside the business office.) This night is held annually and is for senior and junior parents who wish to know more about financial aid for post high school education and completion of the required Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students do not need to attend as they will hear the same presentation during the school day in the near future.

🏆 BATTLER OF THE WEEK: Nash Fischer 🏆
This week’s Battler of the Week is 7th grader Nash Fischer!
Nash is balancing both Cross Country and Football and proving that hard work carries over everywhere he competes.
This past week, he stepped up to race varsity twice, finishing 2nd in Mobridge and 15th at the Redfield Invitational, where he ran a new PR of 19:40! 🔥
Nash continues to challenge himself, compete hard, and put in the work. That is exactly what being a Battler is all about.
